Choosing a format enables you to use the summary or the detailed view and it is easy in eTrackCargo.com. Just follow these steps:

Sign into eTrackCargo.com with your User Id and Password.

1. Once you are successfully logged into the system the appropriate Menu page opens and you will have up to 4 different options to choose from. Customers and agents have a similar menu with fewer options. The Agents user Menu looks like this:

 

Search by: Any File Number Customer Shipper Consignee Origin Agent Destination Agent Vessel Airline Master ID House ID Delivered Date Origin City Destination City Container Numbers Purchase Orders Select the Form View: Enter the value (or beginning of the value): Summary   Detail
This being the help page the hyperlinks on the right are turned off. The actual eTrackCargo.com menu uses this blue area to display a message about each link to the right as you hover your mouse pointer over the link.	View Reports Manage Lists

On the Top row of the menu you may select a summary or detail format style. Both format styles will allow the user all the same operational functions.

Definitions:

The Summary Format has been designed to allow customers and agents easy access to important shipment data. This form contains 28 pieces of shipment data that can be edited and viewed on one easy-to-read page.

The Detailed Format contains over 70 shipment details. It allows a forwarder to be able to provide all the shipment details a customer or agent would need. The detailed format is broken into 5 sections Contacts, Shipment Information, Routing, Delivery Information, and Additional flight details.
