Once you are successfully
logged into the system the appropriate Menu page opens and you will have up to 4 different
options to choose from. Customers and agents have a similar menu with fewer options. The
Agents user Menu looks like this:

The Search
function is where you find your customer and agent shipments that need to be edited,
deleted, or updated with current information. The Search function is located on the top of
the menu. There are two ways to search for a shipment.
The first and easiest way to search
is to just click the "search" button and all shipments you are involved with
will be displayed.
You may also search by category and value, and there are 15
different categories to search from. Each of these categories will list all shipments
contained within the selected category. To use the category search you must select a
category to search in, and then enter a whole value or partial value into the next
text field. The system will then check your category
for any shipments that contain the same value and bring those shipments back to be viewed
or edited.
To view or edit a Shipment click on the
blue "File Number." If you want to add a Shipment just click "Add New
Shipment." If you want to delete one or multiple records select the boxes in the
"Del" column and then click "Delete Shipment."
Below is a sample search performed using
the option of selecting Master Id then we entered 932 in the search field to pull up any
records with the master airwaybill beginning in 932.
