Home | Help | Agent Help | Master Subscriber Help | About eTrackCargo eTrackCargo.com is a unique, full-service Internet-based tracking and tracing program designed for the traditional freight forwarder and their customers. eTrackCargo.com requires no special software, if you can access the Internet you can use the eTrackCargo.com program to track the status of your shipments 24 hours a day 7 days a week with any Internet connection. Your forwarder provides our services free to you. With your customer user ID and password you will have the ability to run a number of different shipment reports, view your individual shipment details and receive automatic e-mail notifications alerting you of any changes or updates made to your shipment information. Using eTrackCargo.com is very simple. Below we briefly explain the process and provide hyperlinks to the correct Help section for a more detailed explanation. Signing in With Your User ID and Password: Once you have accessed the system with your user ID and password the menu will appear and you will have 3 choices: Display Options, Search, and View Reports. Summary and Detailed Display Options: Located in the upper right corner of the menu you may select a summary or detailed format to view the shipment data. Our summary format displays 28 shipment details and our detailed format contains almost 100 details. By clicking the "Details" button located on top of the summary format you may easily work between the two forms. The upper left hand corner of the menu is where you will search for and retrieve shipment information. The search criteria is defaulted to "all" so by clicking "Search" all your shipments will be available to view. To access an individual shipment, click on the blue file number to open the record. To learn how to narrow the search options, click on the link above. We offer a number of reports that you may wish to utilize. To open the reports page click "View Reports" from the menu then select the report you would like to view or print. Use the back arrow to return to the menu.Automatic e-mail Notifications: If you wish to receive automatic e-mail notifications and alerts, be sure to provide your forwarder with the correct address that the e-mail is to be sent to. Your User ID: As a customer you may have shipments with other forwarders that use eTrackCargo.com. By providing them with your current eTrackCargo.com user ID you will be able to search and run reports using eTrackCargo.com with just one user id and password.
