Signing In

Signing in to eTrackCargo.com is easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Click the "Sign In" button on the main page or any other page that you see the link.
  2. Sign into eTrackCargo.com with your User Id and Password assigned to you by eTrackCargo.com. The Sign in screen looks like this.

    Once you are successfully logged into the system the Menu page opens and you will have 6 different options to choose from. Customers and agents have a similar menu with fewer options. The master user Menu looks like this:

    Search by:
    Select the Form View:
    Enter the value (or beginning of the value): Summary
        Detail
    This being the help page the hyperlinks on the right are turned off. The actual eTrackCargo.com menu uses this blue area to display a message about each link to the right as you hover your mouse pointer over the link.
